WOW! A lot of discussions but NO help what-so-ever!

I've been reading these forums for about 3hrs trying to figure this out how to setup to broadcast, NO HELP! I dont get it!

what should be the ADDRESS? PORT? and PASSWORD? it will NOT connect for anything I do! Can someone please help me? Please dont direct me to another post because after 3hours i am pretty sure i have already read it.
