Winamp crashes because of portable (ipod)

Sometimes my ipod causes unexpected behaviour in winamp (version 5.552, anna kournikova skin).The reason may be that itunes has already been running on the computer.

Anyway, updating ipod with winamp caused winamp to see my ipod twice. I ejected ipod, and one instance showed still connected. When I tried to eject this instance too winamp crashed, and after that it would continue crashing at startup.

I looked here in the forum and found the way to isolate the plugin that causes the crash, it was the media library and more specifically the ml_local.dll (renamed it, whereby winamp no longer crashes).

I can submit more information about my computer and plugins in winamp later if needed.
