virus in winamp !?

WINAMP is a virus ?
winamp web pages contain virus ?
winamp plugin is a virus ?

what about this plugin "procrustes" ?

thread from 2007 is never answered and antivirus programs still detect it as a virus and you still host it as a plugin.
How come you're not charged for distributing virus ?
If it is not a virus then why don't you answer to thread or send email to avast, sophos and rest of them ?

Can i have the "official" answer to this subject ?
I tried to manage procrustes through avast like "i know what i'm doing" and no problems were solved. 1 in 5 times i try to play a song the plugin is reported as a virus.
