how do i do it?
manually adding to winamp albums?

If you have the cover as picture file you can either add it to the id3 tag with a program like mp3tag or you can rename the file to "folder.jpg" and place it in the album directory. If its a folder with mixed music that doesnt work.

I just rename the file cover.jpg

Works for me with mixed music.
