Listing Media Library bookmarks

Is there any way to retrieve a list of Winamp bookmarks?

I can obtain the Handle to the Bookmarks tree item in the ML, but I can't seem to get the actual bookmarks from there.

I am interested in out-of-process methods, but in-process is fine too, I am familiar with the "WinampMagic" method.

the bookmarks are stored in winamp.bm so can be accessed as needed though if you're working in process then there is IPC_ADDBOOKMARK(W) for keeping a track of items being added.
