Click on the minus or Remove button (appearance will vary with current skin) in the playlist > select 'Remove...' > select 'Remove Duplicate Entries'

REM button > REM MiSC button > select 'Remove Duplicate Entries' This applies to the main playlist editor |

OK, try reinstalling Winamp. In the Choose Components section (4th page/window) of the installer make sure "Extended Jump To File Support" is checkmarked/selected under "User Interface Extensions". You may need to click the plug sign [+] next to "User Interface Extensions" to expand the options tree. The free version of Winamp does have that option, so you do not need the Pro version.
