Alternating Row Colors?
If you load the Classic skin in Winamp 5 and go to the Media Library, the rows have alternating row colors (provided you have the "use alternating row colors in list view when available" option ticked under Preferences > Media Library > Appearance.)
My question is, how to you achieve this is a classic skin? I've downloaded a bunch of classic skins and haven't seen it in any of them INCLUDING the Winamp5.51 Classic Base Skin. Is this a trick only availble in the "Classic" classic skin because it's part of Winamp... or is there a way to do it in my classic skin? Last edited by 0rac1e; 9th August 2010 at 07:11. in genex.bmp there is a load of pixel points on the top row, as of 5.55, pixel @ 0,92 is the alternate item background and pixel @ 0,94 is the alternate item foreground colour. if these are not present then it'll just revert to 0,48 and 0,50 respectively.

AHH! Thanks heaps! Couldn't find this info anywhere.\
It all seems so obvious now. I had tried adding pixels below the existing ones, but didn't think to try adding them to the end of the line *slaps forehead* Thanks again. |

I have the same problem but after changing pixels at @ 0,92 and 0.94 nothing changes. Should I do anything else ? Preferences option to alternate colors is checked. Attached is my GEN file.

chupetoide: it should be in genex.bmp, not gen.bmp as i incorrectly typed in my response (only taken 14months to have that noticed).
