Video Streaming Not Working, But Audio Does

I'm trying to stream from a setup using the Winamp DSP plug-in, and although I can stream audio no problem, I haven't been able to stream any video. The video (converted to NSV) will play, but only audio. I've been trying all sort of different settings and can't get it to work right.

I know the stream is capable of video - the server's control panel on its site has an "AutoTV DJ" setting, and when you play the sample file stored on there it works just fine. But, even though I've tried 7-8 different files, all encoded with a variety of settings according to data I found at SCVI.net, it's always audio only. The NSV's I create play on my computer just perfect (audio & video), which (to me) says I have the right codecs... But maybe I have the wrong versions to stream with.

I'd appreciate anyone's help with this - I'd really love to stream some video for some friends, but I can't get it to work right.
