It looked better before the smiley faces were added, they don't look like they fit in at all.
The way the text is done for the playlist and eq is fine.
I like the way the eq bars are done though.

Don't over crowd the skin with different things; do you want bubbles or smilies?
You could probably do a very subtle shadow/lightening around the edge of a few of the areas - maybe.

Over crowd? I don't think its THAT crowded, I mean like we all know that this skin is an abomination. But it's an abomination that must be finished.

I feel that without the smiley's the bubbles would be like "What the fuck is this shit?" without bubbles, then it's like "What the fuck? Fucking smileys" they almost exist together perfectly.

Can't have smiles without bubbles, would you care to explain a bit more on how you feel that the smileys and bubbles together over crowd the skin?

I was also thinking "MOAR SHADOWS" but I think I can't get it any more horrible then it already is.

EDIT/ Well chaps, I think shes ready!

Maybe they may be a bit thinner. They are rather massive. It contradicts with the fluffyness of the rest of the skin

I like the colors and the bubbles and the soft fades. I wonder if you could work in more bubbles in more places.

I think the faces would look nicer with thinner lines. The lines on the ^_^ eyes are nice and thin, if the other lines were that thin I think it'd be great.

Also the song title font color is a bit bright. I'm sure it's a tough balance but I think it might look nicer if it were a darker-than-bg color rather than a light one. Not sure. Or otherwise maybe just give it a bit more of a red hue.

Thanks Luigi! I would have to agree on the title font color, and more bubble work is planned. Still thinking of placement that does not over whelm the other elements of the skin.

I feel your pain, I finished 4 out of the 5 I was working on, but something, just something.. didn't feel right on them, so they languish unloved, at least I hope they do, I had a hard drive fry on my before xmas, hoping the only copies of them were not on there....
