I have a sent a password request to Winamp Profile I havn`t received it yet, its not in My Spam either, now they have locked my account for 24 hours, please unlock it and I would like a different password, can`t login to Winamp Profiler

there's not much anyone here can do towards this plus i didn't even know there was an option to change the password as i've never seen it in the profile account. if the change hasn't been authorised by you getting another email then shouldn't the old password be working? either way isn't much anyone here can do about it.

gmail was banned that's is why I didn't receive the email, the admin had to create the account manually for me first time. I was able to login now with my old password.
