A brief concern with Alt+3

If you were to open a file info box- I've noticed that it's possible to ctrl+tab to other windows within winamp, however with the info box open, the loop will not continue. Also, I wonder if being able to navigate the various buttons and features (using a keyboard) while the info box is open is possible?
It seems as though when mice are scarcely seen at the table, it is almost definitely more conscious to assume more deliberate means of achieving said means.

I have winamp 5.6 with an xp. Any sort of feedback would be most appreciated... and if any further supportive data is needed I'd feel most obliged to answer back. Thanks
