Device won't attach
I'm trying to set up wireless sync. I can get to the Devices section and my device is recognized, I click "Attach" and accept the confirmation that appears on my phone - but then nothing happens. The device remains in the "Discovered" section and never moves to the "Attached." Not really sure how to proceed from here but any help/insights would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved,make sure your router is password protected and it'll work

was about to say check your router
as that is generally the cause of failure thanks rob (c)rob 2013 (picture & SN) (please note) As users we can't give others help unless we get full details of the problem that you are having |
