Command Line Functions?

I'm trying to OPerate winamp, without winamp being the open window, it's being very difficult. I am running litestep, and Have a Bang for it, but it won't work, and I can't figure out why..
Does winamp have any command line functions?
(I.e. winamp.exe /playlist) I can't seem to fiugre it out..
