Is this a program that can be hosted on my site?

We are looking for a platform that will allow us to develop an internet radio network, not just one show. It would be extremely helpful to have it stream and on demand on our site. is this possible with ShoutCast?

I also seen that you have an option for video. We are looking to do the same concept with video. But we are looking for a platform that can allow more than one participant from different locations on the video and to have it recorded. Live and on demand.
