The software can't be installed properly

Hello everyone,
Recently I had a problem on the software can't be installed properly.
Here's the deal:I install the latest version without uninstall the previous version,The service can't be restarted correctly.It happens on Windows2008(64bit) and Vista(64bit).

nsSCM::Start /NOUNLOAD "* Service"

I'd like to hear your feedback...
