Skin installation problem

Everytime I download and install a new skin from this website, it shows up as the classic skin. How am I supposed to fix this ? I've searched around the internet a bit, but couldn't find a clear answer.

Hi

* Verify your version of Winamp. The lite version doesn't support modern skins.
* In preferences/ plug-ins/general purpose, you should find the Nullsoft Modern Skins Support plugin. If not, reinstall Winamp and mark the modern skin support box during the install process
