How do I make my radio noticed

Okay so i have my station set up with winamp and the shoutcast plugin and i have my IP from listen2myradio but how do I get other people to listen to my radio, like what information do i have to give them and where should i give it to them? Also how do I even know if anyone is listening?

If your using listen2myradio for a Shoutcast host I feel your pain. Your not going to get listeners for they have NO DIRECTORY and your station is not available on the Shoutcast directory. but if you use http://*************.com and get a license through http://streamlicensing.com you'll find you will have plenty of listeners. You can list your station on many directories like TuneIn Radio and get even more listeners.

Your FREE shoutcast can broadcast @ 64K Mp3 with a sample rate of 22K and sounds great. You almost NEVER have any trouble with http://*************.com and I recommend them over any other FREE shoutcast host. Plus they have paid options if you want to stream at 128K. There FREE service allows 100 slots and again I've experienced NO BUFFERING with them.

But do get a royalty license and you can do that for $17/mo through Loudcity or http://streamlicensing.com. With streamlicensing.com they even allow you to list your station on iTunes so this is a plus. Plus your allowed to stream commercials so you can make $$ with them.
