Change Language from Installer

Hello,
is it possible to change the language from installer by commandline? CUrrently the installer use the language from the OS. But for some reasons user wants to force using english. Is this possible with a commandline parameter? Like to open the language selection dialog?

Code it yourself using GetParameters+GetOptions.
