Library Sync Always Tries to Sync Existing Files

Hello.

I have a lot of songs that I ripped as FLAC with WinAmp. WinAmp finds the files and I can listen to them no problem.

When I sync them with my Sansa, I can listen to them there as well.

The problem is that every time I connect my portable to USB, WinAmp does some sort of inventory and determines that NONE of the files in the library are on the portable, and that none of the files on the portable are in my library. Therefore, it is frequently asking me to synchronize 30 gig of files in both directions every time.

I can't understand why this happens because the files are there, and WinAmp created the files and synchronized them.

This is a very frustrating behavior, and I would like to make it stop. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.
