How do I export a playlist to my thumb drive?

My car stereo does not support m3u files - I can only play music by directory to the only way to do a playlist is to send all the files in a playlist to a single directory.

On the advanced tab under Devices...Preferences there is no option specify the name of the playlist (you can specify artist, genre etc but no PLAYLIST) . I guess I can do this manually but then I would lose the automatic sync ability if I edit a playlist on my PC.

Is there another workaround for this or maybe an addin I can use?
