Looking for developer to write input plugin

Doesn't in_mp3.dll already support full AAC/AAC+?

it does and the talk of Winamp-compatible and MFC screams usage in a 3rd-party program.

Yep, it is for a 3rd party app which utilizes Winamp 2/early 5 input plugins.
