is it possible to get 1024*768 Avs with 26fps

I have fixed everything.
OpenGl is cool but i like AVS.
I just wonnder can i get avs running in 1024*768 with frame rate about 26fps or higher. I´m runnin on 400*300 but it has pixels. I dont wonnt that

there is a way - get a 2ghz computer.

I know about two other ways:
1. Stop crossposting.
2. Enable 'pixel doubling' option.
