winamp can never play any songs i download then it says that "connection timed out" how do i get my music to play?

Sounds like you are trying to stream music. Don't do that. Select the file download it to your hard drive (If it is not a streaming file), open WinAMP, hit the eject button, go find the file on you hard drive that you just downloaded and double click it.

Some people refer to the Open file(s) button as the Eject button.

I refer to is as the eject button because it has the eject button symbol and I am trying to speak in the least technical manor as possible. More people will recognize the symbols as an eject button and might get confused if I say "Open file(s)" button.
