SHOUTCAST not loading???

Kapserpsky IS2013 (off or on doesn't seem to make a diff)

When I load winamp and click on SHOUCAST Radio the radio stations show and can be searched.

when I click on the desired station the screen in the window goes a dark translucent and the station does not play, any one, and sometimes winamp crashes because of this un and reinstall do nothing. Worked about a month ago???

Any ideas? Yes, the plug in is enabled and the firewall has an exception
