Error - Action: user-profile After Reading Local Files

I installed the new version of the Winamp Windows client on a work PC VM (since we can't install software locally) and pointed it at my USB hard drive with my music on it. It built local library, but is stalled on "Synchronizing with the Cloud server to ensure your Cloud Library is up to date" while logging the following -

4:25:44 PM.344 - Getting User Profile Details
4:25:45 PM.336 - Error - Action: user-profile, Code: ᑨܲ
4:26:45 PM.332 - Getting User Profile Details
4:26:46 PM.433 - Error - Action: user-profile, Code: ᑨܲ
4:27:46 PM.430 - Getting User Profile Details
4:27:47 PM.852 - Error - Action: user-profile, Code: ᑨܲ

I am behind a proxy server here at the office so could that be the issue? I'll try it at home against our music library as well.
