Here's a translation into Scottish Gaelic. Since I have nothing to compile, I could not test this. So, please make sure the files parse correctly before adding.

the files are in UTF-8, since I don't know which encoding you need. Please make sure the encoding doesn't eat all the accents.

Could you please notifiy me in this thread when the files have been added, so I can go shop at the OS projects I'm localising?
