Installing shoutcast

I'm just installed winamp and shoutcast for windows and I run winamp as administrator, I'm looking for a SHOUTCASTsource box to come up. I clciked in options>preference>dsp effect and double clicked on nulsoft signal processing but nothing comes up. Clicking on configure active plug in brings up a box with load / new / hide editor etc comes up. Where am I going wrong or how am I to get the shoutcast source box up?
