omg the country is going to go to hell. Gore will win the popular vote, and Bush will win the electoral vote, by winning Florida by less than 300 votes. I am actually kind of scared of what will happen, serious strife or something. Hell, we could have a civil war- Coast states versus flyover country. It's a dark day for politics I'm moving to the moon..

So sad the wrong clone one! Now America will suddenly go to hell after 200 years of relative stability! Oh no! the people spoke and elected someone! worse, it is not someone who will make america more like european countries with 50 percent of income headed to the government! damn those conservatives who want to keep the country like it is/was, founded on ideals of free markets and little government intervention. Those poor poeple in europe whose lives will be crap because dubya is the president of the united states of America rrrr not intending this for anyone here, just read the linked to thred to see what pissed me off

as a foreigner can i just say , i don't think the US is gonna crumble or anything but dubya is pretty scary...

could be our media messing with our minds though, dunno it's hard to get the full picture from here
