Problems connecting when trans is running

I'm pretty new to running a sc server - however, I got it all running smoothly without trans. The server config is:

I can log in with my dsp from my windows winamp + dsp and play music. I can listen to the stream from any othe client.

But as soon as I run trans with the following config, something strange happens:

Again, I can listen to the stream from winamp on the windows machine - but I don't get a connection from any other client (Winamp on Android or a diferent player on win).

What could be the reason for that?

I'm running the sc server on a remote linux VPS.
