how do i change the skins?

By right-clicking an non-functioning part of Winamp, or buy clicking the "file" button at the top left corner...then you go to "Skins" and select your skin. If there are no skins listed, you need to select the directory where your skins are by going to "Skin Browser".

Or you can just hit Alt+S to get the Skin Browser open
