Ahhh. It is sooo nice to have a player that agrees with my system and, to my knowledge, has NO bugs. GODDAMN this mother fucker kicks some serious llama ass!! WOOHOO from Missouri!

we will say that 2.71 is the best, but when 2.72 comes out it will naturally be better

use the search, that's what it's there for.

Guess I disagree with that, in terms of Winamp versions. When you release a new version of Winamp, and then have to release a fix to the mp3 decoder, the same day, that's not exactly a GREAT version. That isn't the only known problem with 2.71, so expect another update soon. Especially to fix some AVS full screen problems (I hope).

hey is the 2.71d decoder now included in the 2.71 setup file or is it still a seperate zip?

they should just change the ver no to 2.71d so people would know its the new package!

I finally broke down and installed Winamp 2.71 a couple days ago... Before that I was using 2.7 with Nitrane that I had transplanted from 2.64 because 2.666's and 2.7's decoder had that playlist bug. It works great and sounds awesome now. I haven't had any problems with it yet...

No major bugs, huh ? I've got a whole CD of MIDIs that crash Winamp v2.71's MIDI plug-in.

What is the 2.71d decoder? I've seen it mentioned a few times but don't know where it is (or where to get it).
