Another playlist wish: the scroll bar sucks

If the following could be added as a toggle in the preferences (similar to the way you have the choice of using Old-school or new style playlist popup buttons):

The scroll bar "elevator" (the handle you grab) on the playlist window needs to jump only ONE playlist page at a time when you click above or below it... and when I say playlist page, that means when I resize the window to only show (for instance) 6 songs at a time, then 6 lines is considered ONE page.

This is to keep more in line with the way scroll elevators work in a general Windows window (I'm a programmer's style guide nut). And also cuz my playlist is far too long (over 1000 tracks) to be jumping randomly like that. If I need to scroll up to near the top of the list, then I'll GRAB the handle with the mouse and drag it.
