Is it a codec? A video codec? I dun know, I have something very similar to it, and I have had a *.dll titled uv.dll before on my computer. I got it from this program, but I forget from where.
It doesn't fit any progs i know of, but o well. |

O, so like an idiot, he deleted it right? Or maybe it's the registered version's dll that specifies its authentic? Naw, I would install simcity, but I dont play it and I dont want to waste the space. But I dont even know if it would be for the right version. I have 2000, and I have 3000 somewhere.
