Skin Rights
Sorry to those that are downloading skins, plugins and etc from winamp.com but, I believe no-one has given out their explicit permission to download and repost on another site. I for one have not been asked...
The skins submitted to winamp are the skinners property along with a generally applied Copyleft - Freedom 0 Application. My skins for example are a Freedom 3 See Copyleft Freedom 0 – the freedom to use the work, Freedom 1 – the freedom to study the work, Freedom 2 – the freedom to copy and share the work with others, Freedom 3 – the freedom to modify the work, and the freedom to distribute modified and therefore derivative works.
