3 streams work, 4th doesn't

I am using shoutcast v2, and one of 4 streams wont play directly in Chrome. This affects another html5 player that i want to use.
Here is problematic stream: http://178.238.235.130:8000/listen.pls?sid=1

I have removed and added the autohash, but nothing helps.
The only thing that is working is to change id to 5 or more, but I am very curious about what it can be?
