can't log in to ftp using their instructions, please help

I just purchased server time and it says to do this to log in thru filezilla to upload mp3s

Enter this information into your FTP client software to upload your media for the autoDJ:

FTP Hostname: 50.7.99.155
FTP Username: crbttskg
FTP Password: (Your administrator password)

I've got the first 2 parts in there (have used FileZilla before) but my account password doesn't seem to be working as an administrator password. How do I find my administrator password.
