ShoutCast server Root directory name

Has ShoutCast an HTTP server ?
If I run http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:8000/home.html
Should it work ?

And , if so,
What is the Root Directory name ?
(c:\?????)

Not working in the main ShoutCast directory
