publishing my skins

i just made a new skin called red hell and when i published it it showed a picture of it but the only thing that looked like my skin was the main menu and on that the play, rewind, fast forward, etc buttons were the buttons used for the default skin along with the title bar of it. the rest of the skin - equalizer and playlist look all like the default skin. what am i doing wrong when i upload it or make it?
