Skinz Section?

Wut happened 2 the skinz section, i cant submit any skins and cant even login to my account. And on the sidebar, there's only listings for five stars skins.

I don't know.....if you type a name into the search engine, it takes you to that skin, but if you click on the 'More Info' link, it sends you to a blank page. Either they are having some really severe problems, or maybe they are setting up and getting ready to try the new reviewing system. I don't know what's going on.
