The stupidest question possible?

Heh...I fell real dumb asking, but per chance would anyone tell me how you even make a skin? I've seriously looked around winamp.com, and they need a big sign saying "OVER HERE, LEARN TO MAKE A SKIN" cause I haven't found out how. Thanks in advance^.^'
