Support for Animation in skins

You know how in Microsoft Media Player 7 you click a button and a window slides out i think that animation like that should be suppported in Winamp 3

Windows does that, and thankfully they have an option to turn it off. It's cute the first time, but I can't see myself enjoying it regularly. Skinners might like it, but definitely keep it optional
