I was just wondering how i contact the administrator to get an ip to run my shoutcast show.....heh...

Basically, if you want, you can download and configure server software at shoutcast.com and your IP would just be your internet IP address with the default port of 8000 (that's what I use)

Yes, if you run the SHOUTcast server with the default settings, it will run on the default IP of whatever the server is on port 8000. However, if the server is not yours, you should ask your system administrator for an accepatble IP and port. Once you have these, you can define them in your sc_serv.conf and probably keep your sytem administrator happy.
