Shoutcast Statistics

I am running my radio station via shoutcast / simplecast and was using Shoutcast V1 but was prompt to change to V2 , done so, but since this change I was not able to broadcast on shoutcast as before.
I had to register (done ) and came across an area AUTHHASH not familiar with it and after searching found out that I need it a code to enter here but upon registration never was given this code
Also I was able to create an Encoder to broadcast via Shoutcast with details given and it is active now but I am having trouble activating the Statistics with the information given from registration as follows:

Host: master.shoutcast.com
Port: 8000
Password: ******
SID: 8727etc etc

This info I cannot succeed activation of statists and for this reason I am not able to see and monitor the listeners

Also if I go to shoutchast.com log in and see the radio station it works but when I search for the radio station on shoutcast it is NOT there ???
May radio station is : Radio Onda Emigrante"

I would appreciate your help, I am not sure where I went wrong ???
