Add ID3v1 vs. v2 control?

Possibly a checkbox to choose if ID3v1 tags or ID3v2 tags are read? Right now, it seems to default to v2 if both are present. Maybe a way to control that?

One scenario where this could be useful:
Suppose you have a bunch of mp3's burned on cd, they have both ID3v1 and ID3v2 info. You find that the ID3v2 tags are wrong though, and too late to change them. But Winamp always displays the v2 info instead!
