how do u broadcast and set up a station?

how do u broadcast and set up a station on shoutcast?
i'm new and i have no clue!
i got the plugins, i have the latest winamp, i have a microphone and a music playlist but not a clue on what next.

Fisrt: Download the shoutcast DNAS under i wanna be a server.
You must confuge the DNAS before being able to use it.
These are some default settings that you may need to start with:
SrcIP=any (if it says any already leave it alone)
DestIP=any (if it says any alreay leave it alone)
Default password=changeme MUST NOT BE EMTY.
Second: also download the DSP plug-in.
Setting up you DSP,go to the YP Type in what ever name you want to name you station.Genre Type in the genre,Talk,rock,R&B,etc.Encoder type i would recommend MP3.
Input:soundcard and make sure you open the mixer so that you used both winamd and Mic at the same time.
Connection:8000 or 8001.
