Simple Broadcast Problem..Need Help

I just started broadcasting again from my machine using the DSP plugin and Whenever i broadcast in standard mode i get clicks and stalls during songs..is this a bandwith problem cause i can only broadcast in 8kbps..and my connection is pretty fast (350-kbps)could it be a codec problem?

oh my god! friend, 8 kbps is 1 Kb/s .. what quality do you want to get from it ??? it must suck! change it to 32 - 56 kbps and you will get MUCH better quality. believe me. and the clicks . it's normal.

my friend. i can only broadcast at that bitrate, thats what the question is pointed toward..
