Line in broadcasting?

I recently Downloaded the shoutcast plugin [v 1.8.0] for winamp and was wondering how i could broadcast my decks through my line in on my sound card!
the shoutcast site mentions a plugin with a "linerec://" feature but doesnt have the download / plugin fot it!!!

Also my computer is a 1Ghz, 256Mb Ram with Full with duplex sound card and 56K v90 modem what rate should i broadcast at??

im trying to find the same thing. the instructions on shoutcast is crap. im trying to broadcast from my decks aswell.. i tried linein:// liverec:// linerec:// and line:// none work.. and i have enabled the advanced recording option specified in the shoutcast instructions.
if you get a response email me.. thanks and ill do the same
