how to get a station visible on yp.shoutcast.com?

for some reason, I still can't find my station from yp.shoutcast.com, even it has been running over one day now.
log files say that the station was added successfully and updated successfully, but server id is -1 (strange).

From my understand....if you have DSL connection...some DSL connection will you use routers that will block incoming traffic due to port restrictions. That could be one of the problem.
