hi, I'm running a shoutcast server and I'm wondering what hardware I would need for people to call into my shoutcast server and I could play their calls on the air with minimal loss of quality. Right now I'm using a standard speakerphone. I'm just wondering if there's a better way to do it. Thanks

I saw a cool item at radio shack.
Well I was at radio shack and I saw a cool item there which was like 15 bucks. It is a phone to your soundcard tool. You basically do this ... It runs from your phone itself to the little box and connects the phone jack to it and then from the box to the wall jack and also from the box to your sound card or a tape recorder and you can just line it off your computer and itll work. My friend uses it and I am about to go buy one.
Also guys we are looking for some DJ's for our shoutcast servers we have a radio called 3Dio Radio and we have about 5 dual OC3 shoutcast servers and we are looking for some cool guys to run the thing with cool shows and alot of other stuff. We also have sponsors for prizes so if you think your interested stop by http://radio.3Dio.net SArakelov http://radio.3Dio.net SArakelov@3dio.net |
