Streaming Problem

Hi, I'm Trying to Stream my own Radio service at ShoutCAST so i can play my own music to my AVAKIN LIFE game..
I already followed all the instruction to make my own Radio to be Streamed until my Radio also has showed up to my AVAKIN LIFE game..
And now my channel is already registered to the radio public..
but the problem is when i play my radio channel at AVAKIN LIFE, the music is working but very lagging and spiking
i already decrease my number of bitrate used but come to no avail..
can i ask what else can i do ? i can even upgrade to PRO version if you can help me to make my own radio server working without lagging on AVAKIN LIFE and also on online radio service.. thankyou
